# Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans

Elev-Aura offers several flexible subscription plans:

Free Plan (Preview) - Read-only access to the application - Explore modules and interface - View generated plans - No actions available (no generation, no adjustments, no check-in) - This plan allows you to discover the approach before subscribing

Pro Plan - Access to 5 modules (Sport, Nutrition, Mindset, Lifestyle, Cycle*) - Structured Sport and Nutrition plans - Tracking check-in - Guided progression - Activation of the automatic adaptation system - Continuous adjustments based on check-ins, progression, and recovery - Automatic daily adjustments - Complete cycle syncing (4 phases) - 500 AI messages / month - 100 AI recipes / month - 60 AI workouts / month - **Monthly Rate**: 19€/month - **Annual Rate**: 190€/year (16€/month equivalent) - Automatic renewal - Cancellation available at any time

Horizon Plan - Everything in Pro - 750 AI messages / month (1.5x Pro) - 150 AI recipes / month - 90 AI workouts / month - Strategic analysis and adaptive guidance - Priority customer support included - **Monthly Rate**: 29€/month - **Annual Rate**: 290€/year (24€/month equivalent) - Automatic renewal - Cancellation available at any time

2. Automatic Renewal

  • Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period
  • You will be notified by email before renewal
  • No additional action is required on your part

3. Plan Modification

  • You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time (immediate upgrade)
  • You can downgrade your plan at your next billing cycle
  • You can switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time

4. Cancellation and Refunds

General Policy - **No refunds are provided**, whether for monthly or annual subscriptions - This policy applies to all plans (Pro, Horizon)

Monthly Subscription - You can cancel at any time from your user space - Cancellation disables automatic renewal - You retain access to your plan features until the end of your paid month - No pro-rata refunds are provided

Annual Subscription - You can cancel at any time from your user space - Cancellation disables automatic renewal - You retain full access until the end of your subscription year - No pro-rata refunds are provided - Annual payment is a firm commitment paid in one go

5. Pricing and Billing

  • Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR)
  • You will be charged on your subscription renewal date
  • Billing charges will appear on your bank statement under "Elev-Aura"
  • All transactions are secured via Stripe

6. Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing
  • Current customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price changes
  • You will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before a price increase
  • Price changes do not apply to ongoing annual subscriptions

7. Access and Terms of Use

  • Access to the application is personal and non-transferable
  • You agree to use Elev-Aura in compliance with all applicable laws
  • We reserve the right to suspend access in case of abuse or violation of these terms
  • An account can only be used by one person

8. Suspension and Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:
  • In case of suspension, no refund will be granted

9. Free Trial and Right of Withdrawal

Free Trial - A 7-day free trial may be offered when first subscribing to a paid plan - During this period, you have access to all features of the chosen plan - If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will be automatically activated and the first payment will be charged - The free trial is limited to one use per user and per payment method

Right of Withdrawal - In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by requesting the immediate execution of the service upon subscription, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal - This explicit consent is collected before each transaction via a dedicated checkbox - This waiver is required by European regulations for digital services executed immediately - In the case of a subscription with a free trial, the waiver of the right of withdrawal takes effect as soon as the service begins
